November 19 & 20, 2025 | Beatrixgebouw, Jaarbeurs Utrecht
DigiBouw 2025 has an extensive content program and a wide range of smart and concrete solutions for the digitization issues of today and tomorrow. Below is an overview of the activities during DigiBouw. The program is co-sponsored by the advisory board of DigiBouw.
The plenary program on the mainstage of DigiBouw will take place in the Beatrix Theater. Inspiring keynote speakers such as Diederik Samson (TKI Bouw- en Techniek), Nicole Maarsen (Ministry of VRO), Ruud Veltenaar (Ruud Veltenaar & Associates), Rob Roef (TNO), Leontien de Waal (ABN AMRO) and many others will give knowledge sessions here on crucial topics that are shaping the future of digitization in the construction sector. Here you will be inspired by valuable insights and innovative strategies.
In addition to the key-note program on the Mainstage, DigiBouw offers five theater domes on the show floor. These domes, located in the Expo Hall next to the Beatrix Theater, offer dozens of presentations on topics such as AI, BIM, information management, robotization and parametric design. Deepen your knowledge on specific construction topics such as point clouds, the power of unambiguous data, and further digitization with IFCs. Discover the latest technological innovations transforming the construction industry.
The building sector is on the eve of a radical transformation. In this stimulating keynote, future thinker Ruud Veltenaar challenges the sector: do we really dare to look ahead? Do we see the opportunities that are already there, but that we don't (want to) see yet?
With sharp insights and confrontational philosophy, Veltenaar outlines a future in which vision, technology and social urgency determine construction. In it, AI is not just a tool, but the engine of change - from design to execution, from planning to collaboration.
True innovation, however, requires more than technology: it takes guts to let go of old assumptions. This keynote will inspire, chafe and spur action. Because those who don't look ahead now will be left behind later.
Visit Ruud Veltenaar 's session Thursday, Nov. 20 at 10 a.m. on the Mainstage in Beatrix Theater at DigiBouw and receive his book full of insights on future thinking and innovation for free!
Construction is changing at lightning speed - and AI is playing the leading role in it. During DigiBouw, the podcast Built by AI closes the season with concrete insights from practice. Alex de Ruiter (LemonB) and Dirk Huibers (Spotr) share how AI is already helping to build smarter, faster and more sustainable.
Moderator Bart Brink (TKI Bouw en Techniek) summarizes key lessons from seven episodes: what do these innovations mean for the future of construction - and what is our next step?
Attend the wrap-up on Thursday, Nov. 20, at 3:15 p.m. in Theatre 1.
At DigiBouw, innovation literally comes to life. The walking robot Bob from Breman Innovations moves around the exhibition floor, showing how robotics and artificial intelligence are making their way into the design, construction and engineering sectors.
Equipped with sensors and smart AI, this autonomous robot demonstrates how technology can make construction site processes safer, more efficient and sustainable. A striking example of how man and machine are shaping the future of construction together.
Meet the robot, experience its capabilities and discover how digitization and robotics are moving the industry.
Once he stood along the highway to help stranded motorists - now he helps you find your way in the world of digitization.
The Next Wilson' s AI Talker Bob is the smart assistant at DigiBouw. Ask your questions about the event, the program, the speakers, the Jaarbeurs and the latest innovations in construction.

From past to future - this talking point shows you the way to tomorrow's construction.
DigiBouw is the digitalization event in construction for design, construction and engineering professionals. Also this year ARKANCE is present with its own stand and two inspiring speakers. On Wednesday, November 19, you can visit ARKANCE's Side event in addition to DigiBouw. Interesting for the AEC industry and especially for companies that want to take the next step in digitalization.
🔹 Chris de Vries talks about Change Management and the human side of digitization.
🔹 Ben de Sweaf shows the future of digitization, the Autodesk Construction Cloud and the role of AI.
Want to go one step further?
We close the afternoon with an inspiring customer story from Linthorst World, a company that is in the process of transforming. The introduction of the Autodesk Construction Cloud proved to be a golden opportunity for better collaboration internally and externally! Then visit ARKANCE's in-depth knowledge session on November 19 in room 116, Beatrix Building (1st floor) after visiting us at DigiBouw. Find more information via this link.
