Dutch Green Building Week takes place this year from Monday, September 29 to Friday, October 3. Cluster Bouw en Installatie of Jaarbeurs is this year's proud partner of this event that connects parties and motivates them to realize a future-proof built environment.
Under the motto #WEETWAAROM, Dutch Green Building Council (DGBC) is calling on the construction and real estate sector to stick to sustainable ambitions, especially in challenging times. For 15 years, this week has been the platform for inspiration, connection and acceleration in making our living environment more sustainable.
On Tuesday, September 30, DGBC and its partners will organize an inspiring conference in Jaarbeurs Utrecht (13:30-17:00, followed by a networking reception). The plenary program will feature inspiring contributions from Marjolijn Haasnoot, Professor of Climate Adaptation (Utrecht University), Bas Meijs, Director of Area Development (Municipality of Utrecht), Jessica den Outer, Director of Stichting Rechten van de Natuur, Onno Dwars, CEO Ballast Nedam Development, and Helma Born, Managing Director BPD Netherlands. Chairman of the day is Maarten Bouwhuis, (radio) presenter at BNR Nieuwsradio, known for his sharp wit and witticism at the right moment. The program for the parallel sessions is still under development.
