As a participant in 2025, you retain the first right to your old position on the floor until 2 weeks after the event. After 2 weeks that right expires and other exhibitors can take over your position if necessary. Should you wish to switch positions yourself, please check the floor plan here and be the first to indicate your preference:

Terms
In addition to Article 5.2 of the General Terms and Conditions of Jaarbeurs B.V. Participation in Exhibitions (as published at www.jaarbeurs.nl/en/general-terms-and-conditions), the following applies:
- Jaarbeurs invoices 50% of DigiBouw 2026 participation fee: two weeks after rebook rate expires
- Jaarbeurs invoices 50% of the participation fee for DigiBouw 2026: six months before the first construction day of DigiBouw 2026
In case of late or incomplete payment of the first or second 50% of the participation fee (within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date), the right to the early bird rate and the assigned stand location will automatically expire.
In that case the regular participation fee will apply and Jaarbeurs reserves the right to change the agreed stand location.
