Speakers: Nicole Maarsen of Ministry of VRO, Robin Wagenaar of Innobrix, Peter Mooij of Stichting Insert, Louise Savelkoul, Senior Business Developer ROM Utrecht, Peter Kleinjan, Managing Partner - Collaborall, Maurits Hilwig, Business Developer Innovation & Proptech Rabobank

DigiC shows that circular building is already possible today. With our partners we work in concrete projects where digitization makes the difference: processes become faster, smarter and cheaper, while CO2 emissions decrease. This is not a vision of the future, but daily practice.
During this session, you'll experience how this approach works. Nicole Maarsen kicks off with a keynote focusing on collaboration and scaling up. This is followed by pitches from DigiC members who share their innovations: digital tools and circular applications that are already proving their value in ongoing projects. After each pitch, Nicole and the Province of Utrecht give their reflections, so that inspiration and practice come together.
Bio: Nicole Maarsen, as administrative lead of the Innovation and Scaling-up Program for Residential Construction, brings a clear picture of what the national acceleration table is working on. Her contribution forms the bridge between policy and practice: Nicole takes us through the national program and inspires us to connect to it.
Bio: Robin Wagenaar is a sales professional at Innobrix, where he is committed to helping the construction and real estate industry digitize. With his commercial background and passion for technological innovation, he translates the capabilities of software into practical value for companies in the industry.
Bio: Peter Mooij has a background in IT and has always been involved in the development side of software. Since 2018, he has been involved in building the Insert Marketplace. Together with partners, he is working on a circular digital building world.

Bio:
Louise Savelkoul, Senior Business Developer ROM Utrecht
Louise Savelkoul is Senior Business Developer Earth Valley at ROM Utrecht Region. She is also involved in DigiC, the program for digitalization in the circular building economy. She is also a doctoral candidate (PhD) in Organization Studies. In her role at Earth Valley (ROM's ecosystem focused on sustainability, energy transition, built environment and mobility), she helps innovative companies grow and realize social impact. Previously, she worked at Arcadis, among others, where she led sustainable business operations. Louise combines academic knowledge with practical experience and contributes to the transition to a circular, sustainable living environment.

Bio: Peter Kleinjan, Managing Partner – Collaborall
Peter Kleinjan is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Collaborall Group, a Dutch company specializing in data-driven collaboration in the construction and maintenance sectors. With a strong background in sales and partner management, he has both national and international experience in software solutions for the construction industry. Under his leadership, Collaborall is developing the ANT Common Data Environment platform, which enables data from BIM, ERP, and EAM systems to be seamlessly integrated. Kleinjan emphasizes both efficiency and collaboration: in his view, a great deal of knowledge is lost in the construction industry during handoffs between parties using different IT systems. Thanks to Collaborall, these parties can still collaborate and share the same up-to-date information, which reduces failure costs and enables digital twins.

Bio: Maurits Hilwig, Business Developer, Innovation & Proptech, Rabobank
Maurits Hilwig is a Business Developer for Innovation & PropTech at Rabo Real Estate Finance, a division of Rabobank. In his role, he connects technological innovation—such as AI, data-driven appraisals, and digital ESG reporting—with the real estate sector. Hilwig collaborates with PropTech startups and facilitates financing for innovative real estate ideas. He also contributes to the energy transition through data-driven real estate: he advocates for smart data layers within buildings to manage energy consumption, maintenance, and sustainability more efficiently.
