If you drive too fast on the highway, you get fined. But if you go over your connection with your peak load, you only get a warning. That too should be fined, says Tom Selten in this episode of Installation Inside.

"Installation companies should sell much more from the needs of the customer and less from the technology," argues the founder and owner of research firm USP Marketing. "The question is: Are you selling a drill or do you want to hang a painting?"

Grid congestion is also discussed in this episode. "A large part of the solution to that problem lies with the installation sector," believes Tom Selten, co-founder of Zympler. Also at the table: Robert Boots (initiator Energy-AI), Alinda Scheffers, fair manager VSK+E and business developer Paul Willems. The presentation is in the hands of Thomas van Belzen, editor-in-chief Construction and Installation at the Jaarbeurs and Eddy Buiting, editor-in-chief Installation magazine. Installation Inside is powered by the trade fair VSK+E.
