Tender processes often take up a lot of time. Alex de Ruiter, founder of LemonB, thought of something. An AI platform that analyzes documents ánd coughs up execution plans. He shares his story in the latest episode of the podcast Build by AI.
There are plenty of tenders in the sector, but the processes surrounding them are often slow and cumbersome. With TenderB, De Ruiter and his co-founders developed an AI platform that automates the entire tender cycle. From recognizing opportunities to making a decision. "The model analyzes documents, writes proposals ánd produces implementation plans," says De Ruiter.
The model was trained on thousands of tender documents and tested in intensive pilots. "Within two minutes you can use it to assess whether a tender suits an organization. A consideration that previously took days. This leads to 30 percent higher productivity."
